- Prepare: Mix pancake batter with water, cook on a griddle or pan over the camp grill.

- Ingredients (for 2): 4 tortillas, 4 pre-cooked scrambled eggs, cheese, 4 cooked sausage links or bacon strips.
- Pack: Wrap individual burritos in foil.
