Here's a great meal plan for you, curated to make it easy for you to enjoy delicious meals during your Gamping adventure:

Breakfast:

1. Pancakes:

  • Ingredients (for 2): Pancake mix, 1 cup water, syrup, and optional add-ins like chocolate chips or berries.
  • Pack: Combine pancake mix in a large ziplock bag.
  • Prepare: Mix pancake batter with water, cook on a griddle or pan over the camp grill.

2. Breakfast Burritos:

  • Ingredients (for 2): 4 tortillas, 4 pre-cooked scrambled eggs, cheese, 4 cooked sausage links or bacon strips.
  • Pack: Wrap individual burritos in foil.
  • Prepare: Heat them on the grill until the cheese melts.

Lunch:

3. Turkey and Cheese Sandwiches:

  • Ingredients (for 2): Sliced turkey, cheese, 4 slices of bread, mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  • Pack: Keep ingredients separate.
  • Prepare: Assemble sandwiches on-site.

4. PB&J Sandwiches:

  • Ingredients (for 2): Peanut butter, jelly, 4 slices of bread.
  • Pack: Keep ingredients separate.
  • Prepare: Assemble sandwiches on-site.

5. Quinoa Salad:

  • Ingredients (for 2): 1 cup quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice.
  • Pack: Mix quinoa with chopped veggies in a container.
  • Prepare: Cook quinoa, let it cool, add chopped veggies, feta, olive oil, and lemon juice.

Dinner:

6. One-Pot Pasta:

  • Ingredients (for 2): 1 cup pasta, canned tomatoes, garlic, onion, 1/2 lb ground meat (optional), Italian seasoning.
  • Pack: Combine canned tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped onion, and pasta in a bag.
  • Prepare: Cook pasta with other ingredients in a single pot over the provided camp grill.

7. Stir-Fry:

  • Ingredients (for 2): Pre-cut stir-fry veggies (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas), 1 cup pre-cooked chicken strips or tofu, soy sauce, ginger, garlic.
  • Pack: Pack veggies in a ziplock bag, pre-cooked chicken/tofu in another. Mix soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a small container.
  • Prepare: Stir-fry veggies and protein in the provided pan with the sauce until heated through.

Snacks and Extras:

  • Trail Mix: Nuts, dried fruits, chocolate chips.
  • Fresh Fruit: Apples, oranges, or any sturdy fruits.
  • Cheese and Crackers: Hard cheeses and whole-grain crackers.

What's Provided:

  • Cooking Essentials: Salt, pepper, olive oil packets, paper towels, lighter, spatula, tongs.
  • Grill / Propane Campfire
  • Wash bucket / soap / sponge 

Additional Tips:

  • Ice Chest: Remember to bring an ice chest for perishable items.
